Description

As you see a decrease in the amount of EO program managers within the VA, it'd be helpful to utilize AI to manage and analyze employee complaints, including those related to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO). We want to have 24 hour EEO response to employee questions surrounding discrimination and harassment. The AI tool will not be equipped to provide legal or counseling services. It can receive Complaint Intake and Triage, provide Data Analysis, Sentiment Analysis, and Providing Information and Resources.
