Description

Statistics of Income (SOI) has collected years' worth of customer correspondence. While having this information has been useful for historical documentation proposes, it is apparent that moving forward we need to evaluate the trends in requests, identify areas of demand, topics of interest, and areas for internal improvement. Through the use of AI, we intend to summarize and evaluate the previous several years' worth of correspondence to better direct our limited resources moving forward. The output will help us better realign our resources to more highly impactful tasks and assignments. It will also help direct where improvements to current products need to be made and what those improvements ought to be to better inform the public.

The output of the AI system will be summary evaluations, via [name removed] capabilities, of the past several years of customer correspondence.
