Description
The AI tool addresses the challenge of efficiently and consistently processing incoming study PDFs by automatically extracting key information needed for grant review workflows.
Detailed example
The system produces an indexed and preprocessed version of each submitted PDF, enabling context-aware question-answering by the AI. A predefined set of questions is automatically asked to extract relevant information from the document, which is then used to populate the grant prior approval review form details for the associated study.
