Description
This tool helps NIGMS program staff determine the most appropriate SME at NIGMS and/or the most appropriate IC for a research proposal.
Detailed example
Input: Free form text in an online textbox. Output: Top three most relevant ICs and POs and their probabilities.

Expected benefit
There are many occasions in which Division Directors, Branch Chiefs, and Program Officers wish to receive suggestions for the most appropriate people to talk to about a project proposal or where to send a proposal that might not be appropriate for NIGMS.
