Description
This is a generic AI chat tool that provides a secure chat interface (similar to public tools like ChatGPT) for NHLBI Chat. This tool enables staff to safely and securely explore how generative AI can be used on their sensitive (but non-PII/PHI) workloads.

The Azure OpenAI API accepts text as input and return text as output. Users enter text through a chat interface in a website.
