Detailed example
The app will use retrieval augmented generation (RAG) to answer questions using a knowledge base composed of PRB's programmatic SME documents. The responses will be sourced and cited from program documents so that they are verifiable. This technology will help scale staff access to deep program information and ease the significant burden of key staff turnover who possess historical and institutional knowledge by ingesting their key work products into the AI application.
