Document processing and extraction of text from required 889 compliance forms (PDFs and/or image files) into a searchable cloud-based database. Eliminating manual data entry and providing a more transparent log of compliance related information in a repository for users to check, verify, and review.
Detailed example
The 889 Document Processor is an Optical Character Recognition (OCR) model built using Microsoft AI Builder. The 889 Form Repository applies a Power Automate Flow, which triggers when a user uploads an 889 Form into the repository (SharePoint Library), applying the 889 Document Processor to read and recognize the text on the form (both print or handwritten) and extracts the text into a formatted SharePoint list.
