Description
To assist in determining if an organization participating in the National DPP is at risk of improperly starting, going inactive, or not achieving necessary goals for continued participation in CDC’s Diabetes Prevention Recognition Program.
Detailed example
The RAM is a reporting tool that ingests organization-level data (including participant enrollment, demographics, and risk factors) to generate a ranked list of organizations at highest risk of failing to meet program objectives. Outputs are currently restricted to CDC associates, with plans for future access by State Quality Specialist users.
