Description
How can regional management and program specialists with large grant workloads keep track of all the correspondence being received by staff in their regional offices? The Office of Head Start's (OHS) program specialists receive correspondence through the Head Start Enterprise System (HSES) for a variety of topics. Many of the requests, questions, and reports are tracked to completion in another system that has more robust alerting and workflow management capabilities. OHS is automating the data transfer between these two systems, introducing a data processing step that helps categorize correspondence.
