Description

This use case aims to (1) address cybersecurity concerns related to ICE personnel using externally hosted commercial chatbots and (2) solve the issue of out-of-the-box LLMs lacking tailored capabilities for ICE, such as the integration of internal ICE artifacts.

Detailed example

The solution’s AI outputs vary depending on the user’s request, but generally help personnel quickly access relevant data, reducing the time spent searching through internal resources. The chatbot also improves data reliability by citing its sources and tailoring responses to the specific needs of ICE personnel.
