1. Planning & Restructuring Assistant: Utilize GPT-4x (or more advanced available models with reasoning capabilities) to analyze current QMS structures, identify optimization opportunities, and generate actionable restructuring plans. 2. Document Classification System: Implement GPT-4x with structured output to automatically classify, tag, and organize QMS documentation based on content, purpose, and relevance. 3. Code Development Support: Assist developers with code generation, optimization. 4. VBECS Knowledge Base: Build a Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) system using embeddings to create a searchable repository of VBECS system knowledge. 5. Intelligent RAG Access Agent: Create an agentic interface using GPT-4x that can intelligently navigate the VBECS knowledge base to retrieve precise information and answer complex queries. AI does not directly output SOPs. Instead, it provides information and guidance to assist a human in drafting the SOPs. The final output is created by a person based on the tool’s suggestions and support.
