The current SharePoint page has a tremendous amount of information. Using the Chatbot helps the field search for information without having to contact the office directly.
Detailed example
If AI is approved, it will allow the Chatbot to look outside the PLM SharePoint page for information on such sites as the Center for Medicare and Medicaid site.
