Detect unusual patterns in contract financing recoupment using transaction features, user behavior, timing, amount, fund/account, and historical peer benchmarks. The MVP would connect MOCAS, EDA, contract writing systems, DCMA records, DFAS contract pay, modifications and produce read-only recommendations for DFAS Contract Pay, DCMA, Procurement offices.
