Classify exceptions and audit findings associated with three-way match into root-cause categories such as data quality, interface timing, manual error, policy gap, or system limitation. The MVP would connect PIEE, WAWF, EDA, Contract writing systems, ERP AP, SAM.gov, vendor master and produce read-only recommendations for DLA PIEE PMO, DCMA, DFAS, Contracting offices.
