AI Incident Management

Low riskExact public inventory row

Description

The proposed AI system, referred to as the AI Incident Management (AIM), is designed to aid in faster problem determination and remediation during High Priority (HPI) and Critical Priority (CPI) Incidents impacting the performance or availability of critical systems.

Detailed example

1. Aggregate data from multiple monitoring and incident management tools. 2. Use a Large Language Model (LLM) to analyze, correlate, and interpret this data. 3. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to IT personnel during incident triage.

AI / analytics pattern

Classical/Predictive Machine Learning: Models trained on data to make predictions or classifications based on identified patterns or relationships.

Automation level / stage

b) Pilot – The use case has been deployed in a limited test or pilot capacity.

Expected benefit

By leveraging historical data, real-time performance monitoring, and advanced machine learning models, the system will identify potential causes and suggest remediation actions in real time, significantly reducing downtime and improving system reliability and resiliency.
