Currently, teams manually review and update Knowledge Articles, often without clear prioritization. This leads to rework, inefficiencies, and missed opportunities to align knowledge with real-time service changes. An AI-driven approach will streamline this process and ensure knowledge is kept current and relevant.
Detailed example
The MVP is planned in 2 phases with different outputs. The 1st phase of the MVP is to produce a prioritized list of knowledge articles for the Integration and Sustainment team to modify based on inputs from multiple data sources. The 2nd phase of the MVP will output a complete knowledge article that will be reviewed by a person for accuracy and completeness.
