Freed AI Medical Scribe
Description
Increase efficiency of our Primary Care providers. The AI scribe records the Veteran and provider conversation during an exam - it eliminates unnecessary parts of the exam conversation and provides a written report for the provider to edit and copy into the Veterans chart. The AI does not make a diagnosis, it just provides the written summary that the provider uses to complete their encounter and note.
Detailed example
The written output is an editable report that categorizes the visit into the following fields: Chief Complaint, History of Present Illness, Current Regimen, Past Health, Systems Review, Personal and Family History, Physical Exam, Formulation, and Plan. However, users can create their own templates and customize their note formats for their specific needs, including specialty needs.
