Description
Veteran Service Representatives (VSRs) are required to annotate documents relevant to a Veteran claim so that subsequent reviewers are able to quickly reference information to make claim decisions. Currently in order to annotate documents, VSRs have to read large bodies of text and manually summarize them which is time consuming and increases cognitive load.
