Tachyon "1E Intelligence" is expected to provide deeper and more meaningful insights into the digital experience of VA employees and customers, including better visibility into the performance of endpoint devices. It is also expected to enhance the Software Asset Management features and increase the effectiveness of User Sentiment gathering. This version will include additional features like “1E Intelligence”, which leverages various types of AI (predictive, causal, generative, cloud, edge, “Digital Twin”) to enhance insights into the digital employee experience, device performance, and software reclamation.
