Expected benefit
This project could increase efficiency, save cost, and enhance patient outcomes. With real time diagnosis tracking, the national oncology program is able to better support the patient with cancer diagnosis and understand each veterans' individual needs. While AI extract the information from the unstructured notes, it speed up the review process, providers can save time to help more patients rather than taking a long time to review each notes.
