Description
AI is to assistant CSR as Knowledge Management Librarian for natural language querying to find solutions, improving IRM research thus minimizing time spent and redundant research. Currently CSR do a basic search on SERP https://serp.enterprise.irs.gov/homepage.html and have to browse through the results to find tax related information in IRM while taxpayer is on phone.
