Analyzing open-ended survey responses is very time intensive. This project seeks to reduce the time that analysis takes.
Detailed example
The AI will output a summary of all the open-ended responses. This summary will capture all the main themes and important details of the open-ended responses.

Expected benefit
Open-ended survey responses can capture more nuanced information than closed response questions. Using AI to summarize these responses will enable Small Business/Self-Employed (SB/SE) Research to better leverage open-ended responses to provide our customers with more nuanced information.
