Safeguards
Description
The Office of Safeguards needs an AI assistant that can access its documents (e.g., IRM, Publication 1075, SOPs [PDFs/Word Docs], configuration checklists [excel], NIST documents [PDF] to generate responses and products. Ideally, the AI will be able to provide researched responses to questions employees may have. Additionally, it would also be able to review agency and IRS responses on documents (docx, xlsx) to ensure they're appropriate. The documents may be up to 400 pages. Currently all of this is a manual process.

Access its documents (e.g., IRM, Publication 1075, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) [PDFs/Word Docs], configuration checklists [excel], National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) documents [PDF] to generate responses and products. Ideally, the AI will be able to provide researched responses to questions employees may have.
