The Digital Accountability and Transparency Act requires consistent and reliable contract spending to be reported to the public in the Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS). AI powered bot automates comparing FPDS data with contract documents to improve the quality of contract spending reporting.

AI model validates that contract spending information reported to USASpending.gov matches contract documents. The system validates the consistency of contract metadata such as contract number, modification number, dollar amounts, contract work / place of performance location address, and contract dates.
