Expected benefit
Open-source software that is used to obtain final "sharpened" cryoEM maps (https://github.com/rsanchezgarc/deepEMhancer). This algorithm uses a ML model to estimate the noise in the model and refine the local areas of the map and is utilized by the Cryo-EM core in support of research projects within NIEHS DIR and DTT laboratories.
