Expected benefit
DAB adjudicatory divisions rely heavily on electronically filed (E-filed) appeals. Most appellants access E-filing through the DAB's website. A chatbot on the website will reduce filing errors and improve customer experience by directing appellants to the correct DAB adjudicatory division responsible for deciding their appeal.
