AI-enabled Legal Argument Harmonization
Description
Conflicting arguments across DOJ branches can weaken credibility in appellate courts. This initiative deploys AI to mine arguments across briefs, harmonize DOJ positions, and validate citations. It advances M-25-21’s governance requirement for consistent positions and E.O. 14179’s push for efficiency.
