Existing software, such as Excel, was insufficient for the increasing quantity of qualitative data collected, necessitating the need for specialized software geared towards qualitative data analyses.

There are currently no or limited AI outputs as those features are not currently supported. However, future outputs could include automated assessment of themes, sentiment analysis, and summarization of responses.
