Current native search capabilities don't offer semantic search features that understand user intent and content meaning.

Semantic Search Results, Enriched Metadata, Document Summarization, Faceted Navigation, Natural Language Q&A, Contextual Recommendations, Role-Based Personalization. AI-assisted recommendations are subject to human review and approval. No permitting decision is made based on AI results alone. A qualified human reviewer will always be involved in the final decision-making process to ensure accuracy, accountability, and compliance with regulatory standards.We do not use agentic AI systems in our permit processing workflows.
