Description
CounselAI will minimize the manual replication of work product, strengthen CBP’s ability to provide consistent responses across the agency’s sizable litigation portfolio, and enable OCC to better defend against legal challenges.
Detailed example
CounselAI will answer user questions and generate content. The AI output is in chat format, answering user questions about the “knowledgebase” of data. The AI output will also include LLM generated content, such as draft responses and documents to be used in litigation.

Expected benefit
